2. Getting Promised by agent that it is going to be used toward last month of service
3. Getting Charged for the last month of service
4. Getting no info on their "attempts" to contact for dispute
5. Getting the charge sent to an outside agency for debt collection where they have no way of disputing anymore
6. Getting told that you are held accountable for the last month of service + 18% Agency fee + all the late payments fees
7. Getting no record of their agent telling you that the first month payment you made was actually used for the last month of payment
8. Pay extra money.
